He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marion Reid Loomis; his children, Lori Cooney of Scranton, Linda Kerecman (Robert) of Scranton and John Loomis (Lindsay) of Dickson City; his grandchildren, Justin Cognetti (Jenna), Victor Cognetti (Stacey), Ann Shafer (Robert), Alexandra Kerecman and John Loomis; his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Emily Shafer, Jake, Taylor and Olivia Cognetti; his son-in-law Paul Cooney; and his siblings, James Loomis and Marjorie Bolin. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
