He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Walsh and Mary Bordo Smith; and his brothers, Eugene, Richard and Robert Walsh.
He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Walsh; his stepdaughter Valerie Lasko; and his brothers, Barney Smith, William Smith and Eddie Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
