He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Borgia and Raffaella "Fannie" Nardella Borgia; his daughter-in-law Theresa; and his brothers, Anthony, Charles, Louis, John and Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Amelia "Millie" Novack; his children, Joseph (Julia) of Scranton, Betty Jo (Evan Lewis) of Scranton, James (Elaine) of Scranton, Gary (Sharon Byrne), Clarks Summit and Greg (Heidi Gathany); his brothers, Frank, Samuel, James and Ralph; and his children, God Parish and Rosary Church.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Sacred Heart, 600 Baltimore Dr. # 7, Wilkes Barre, Pa. 18702.
