We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2021, at the age of 88, Joseph Salerno of Scranton, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Giovina Sulla; his parents, Peter Salerno and Concetta Gentile Salerno; his daughter Mary Rose Smith; his grandchild Brock Smith; and his siblings, Rose Perry, Carmen, Rocky and Michael.
He is survived by: his children, Jude (Rosemary), Joseph Jr. (Ann Marie) and Connie Salerno; his son-in-law Dr. Stafford Smith; and his sisters, Marie Allegrucci (Nello), Grace Rossi and N. Y.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
