He was predeceased by: his parents, William Vitcavage and Antoinette Vitcavage; his wife Eleanor; and his son Paul. He is survived by: his children, Joseph (Sue) of Connecticut and Mary Ellen (Don) of New York; his grandchildren, Joseph Reynolds (Kim), Matthew Reynolds (Marianne), Daniel Reynolds (Christy), Sarah Kramer (Howard), Andrew Vitcavage and Eddie Vitcavage; his great grandchildren, Jack, Owen, Finn, Harrison, Matthew and Brooks; his siblings-in-law, Joan Heckman of Scranton, Joseph Petcavage (Mary Ellen) and Jane Vitcavage of Garfield Heights; and his niece Mary Frances Malatesta (Neil). He is also survived by father figure to his nieces and nephews and neighborhood children.
