She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Pallien and Catherine Elm Pallien; her husband Theodore "Ted" Sabatini; her siblings, Frank Pallien, Leonard Pallion and Maryann Golden; and her nephew Frank Pallien.
She is survived by: her children, Susan McCann (Joseph) of Midland, MI, Theodore Sabatini (Nanci), Thomas Sabatini (Lee), Ann Marie Small (Brad), Mooresville, Elaine Rusnak (Gary) and Roaring Brook Twp; her cousin Loretta Guarina; and her sister-in-law Anita Sabatini. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and many cherished nieces and nephews.
She enjoyed traveling and spending time with family so the isolation forced by Covid-19 hit hard, but Kay honored her civic duty by continuing as a poll worker for the presidential election.
