It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret M. Bistran of Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 8, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Banks and Margaret VonAhon Banks; and her children, Christine Bistran and Edward Bistran, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Edward Bistran; her children, Theresa Naro (Sal), Paul Bistran of Scranton and Greg Bistran (Gina) of Scranton; her daughter-in-law Beverly Bistran; her brother John Banks; her grandchildren, Jeffery Naro (Sarah), Stephanie Pasqualichio (Nick), James Bistran, Katie Walsh and Liliya Bistran; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Calli and Giovanni Naro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
All those attending are required to wear a mask upon entrance into the funeral home, adhere to social distancing guidance, as well as refraining from physical contact.
