It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Mitchell of Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 15, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Alexander G. Mitchell; her parents, Mae Stockton Smith and Robert Smith; and her sister Beverly Fritzges. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Cronan (Michael) of Fogelsville; and her grandson Richard A. Stine (Leeann Shoudt) of Bethlehem. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
