With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Wasylyniak (Scranton, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 29, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Wasylyniak Jr.; her parents, Stanley Eskin and Edna Eskin (Clipps); her children, Michael A. Wasylyniak III and Jayne Hughes; and her siblings, Joseph Eskin, Sam Carra, Minie Carra Price and Ann Carra Yeager.

She is survived by: her sister Joan Sestack; her grandchildren, Michael Wasylyniak IV, Gary Hughes, Todd Hughes and Peggy Wasylyniak; her niece Robin Hadley; and her nephew Jeffrey Sestack.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Vladimir's Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, 430 N. Seventh Ave., Scranton, PA 18509.
