Marlene Matthews Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene Matthews (Scranton, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 11, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Balendy Sr. and Gertrude Bruno Balendy; and her siblings, John, Michael Balendy Jr., Mary and Margaret.
She is survived by: her children, Kathlyne Kaschak (William), David Matthews Jr. (Rosalie), Judy Matthews, Richard Matthews, Sabrina Matthews and Jeffrey Matthews (Tanya); and her siblings, Andrew, Paul, Bernie, Charlie Balendy, Jean Evans and Liz. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
