She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Thomas and Agnes Thomas (Mulrow); her sons, Robert "Bobby", Jeffrey and Patrick; and her daughter-in-law Mary Lou Leonard.
She is survived by: her sons, William Leonard (Ellen) of Erie and Joseph Leonard; her grandchildren, Jessica Leonard of Pittsburgh, Megan Lewis (Dale), Dawn Dempsey of Scranton, Corrine Dempsey of Covington Twp, Natasha Schiemer (Mark) of Pittsburgh and Jason Gurnari (Heather) of Louisville; and her great grandchildren, Andrew Gruden, Logan, Grayson Chabal, Isaac Schiemer, Joshua Gurnari, James Lewis and Blake Morgan Lewis.
