He was predeceased by: his parents, William McGraw and Mary Meagher McGraw; and his siblings, Patricia Hogan, Mary McLane, Nora Jane and Robert McGraw.

He is survived by: his daughter Lori Davis (James); his grandson Caiden Davis; and his siblings, Patrick McGraw (Georgia) and June Buckley.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478 Oklahoma City, OK 73123. Donations are being accepted in memory of Nicholas.
