He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine Chludzinski Baress; his parents, Rocco Baress and Antonette Leopard Baress; and his siblings, Joseph, Angela, Rose, Elizabeth, Peter, Vincent and Frank.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Baress, James Baress and Lori Ann Baress; his grandchildren, Jacqueline Stevens, Scranton Sarah Blazonis, Kathleen and Charles Blazonis; and his sister Dolores Petritus. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 399 Market St #250, Philadelphia, PA 19106. Donations are being accepted in memory of Patrick.
