He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Gibbons-McAndrew; his children, Colleen Juliano (Marcus) of Elmira, N. Y., Paul McAndrew (Jill) of Windermere, Fla., Vincent McAndrew (Christina), Michael McAndrew (Christina) of Manlius, N. Y., Melissa McAndrew, Santa Rosa and Calif; and his siblings, Joseph McAndrew, Susan Armbruster and Diane Wilhelm. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
