He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy W. Tolley and Annie Crowder Tolley; his daughter Stacey Tolley; and his siblings, Donnie, Charles and Matti Ayers.

He is survived by: his sons, Ralph Jr., Keith and Richard; his grandchildren, Krystal, Kodey, Keith Jr., Jisir, Donavan and Kaliah; his great grandchildren, Mason and Meilani; and his siblings, Christine Higgins, James and Danny. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
