He was predeceased by: his parent Jewel Murdock Horn; and his brothers, William and Robert Horn. He is survived by: his wife Frances Gabriel Horn; his children, Christine Horn and John Horn of Scranton; and his grandchildren, Daniel, Sara, Jacob, Emily, Seth, Lukas, Noah Horn and Cassie Merrill.
