It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert E. Hughes (Scranton, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 9, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hughes and Edith Hughes (Thomas); his son Alan Hughes; and his brother Ronald Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Alice (Krenitsky); his children, Glenn Hughes and Lori Brenkosh (Pete) of Covington Twp; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Michael and Steven; and his sister Betty Ann Kosko of Annville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
