He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stacey Goodall of Pittston and Robert E. Harvey, Jr. of Scranton; his sister Ashley Harvey (Charles Kizis) of West Pittston; and his nephew Gavin Hess. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins; and many friends.
