He is survived by: his wife Victoria Payne; his grandson Eli; his children, Michelle Dargatis (Michael D. Dargatis II) and Matthew Payne; his grandson Elijah Payne; his siblings, William Payne, Jr. (Jeanie), John Payne (Debbie), Lynn Hamilton (Thomas), Judy Bennett and Kristeen Smith; and also Victoria Jenkins.
