He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert H. McGowan and Theodosia Davis McGowan. He is survived by: his children, Ronnie, Virginia Beach and Parcheesi; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Locker and Phillip Locker (Roxanne). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends.
