It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Breese of Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 8, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie and George Breese, Sr.; and his sister Louise Breese. He is survived by: his daughters, Jodi Fitchett, Janelle Bartley and Jessica Bartley; his grandsons, Cameron and Ryan Fitchett; and his brothers, George Richard, Jr., Samuel and Norman.
