It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Spencer (Scranton, Pennsylvania), born in Dunmore, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 8, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Gilbert C. Spencer; her parents, Albert Nogles and Amelia Pilger Nogles; her son Gilbert; and her siblings, William Nogles and Esther Deininger.
She is survived by: her daughter Bonnie Driesbaugh (Elwood); her daughter-in-law Mary Ellen Spencer; her grandchildren, Brian M, Michael J. Spencer, Elwood K. Driesbaugh (Christine) and Renee Gross (Daniel); her great grandchildren, Owen, Connor, Dylan, Tori Spencer, Hailey, Matthew Driesbaugh, Graeme and Spencer Gross; and her brother Thomas N. Nogles (Donna). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
