He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother R. J. Phillips of Scranton, PA.; his wife Joyce Reynolds of Lawton, OK.; and his daughters, Mary (Randy), Peggy and Rhysa (Jimmy). He was also cherished by sister-in-law, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
