He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Lillian Abbott Evanusa, Sr.; his daughter Mackenzie Evanusa; and his siblings, John, Jr., Mike and Lillian Dunbar.

He is survived by: his children, John Evanusa and Sarah Evanusa; and his brother Sam Evanusa. He is also survived by sisters.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the donor's favorite charity.
