She was predeceased by: her spouse Carmin J. Lingobardo; her parents, Louis Fazzi and Antoinette Julio Fazzi; and her siblings, Laura Lomma, Frank, Joseph and Vincent Fazzi.

She is survived by: her niece Toni Fazzi; her son Joseph (Martina); her grandsons, Brian (Amy), Jeffreyand (Tara) and Michael; her great grandchildren, Joey, Gianna, Carmin and Avery; and also Rose.
