He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Warenda; his daughter Donna; and his parents, Martin Boylan and Catherine Marion Boylan. He is survived by: his children, Tom and Debbie; his grandchildren, Amanda, Jacob, Zachary and Desiree; his great grandchildren, Bobby, Mya and Leah; and his siblings, Pat, Mary, Ann and Marty.
