He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Mallas and Martha Mallas (Peko); and his brother Nicholas Mallas. He is survived by: his wife Eileen McLaine; his brother Nicky; his daughters, Kristine Warren (Jason) and Kimberly Mallas; his grandsons, Troy and Kai Warren of Orlando, Fla.; his brother Jeffrey Mallas (Karen); and his aunt Estelle Hanis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and numerous cousins.
