He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Ungvarsky and Julia Kovach Ungvarsky; his daughters, Judy Ungvarsky and Donna Giblin (Jack); and his sister Pat Timmer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandy Gordon (Howard) of Scranton and Carol Meshko (George) of Scranton. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; a sister.
