He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Fazzi and Antoinette Julio Fazzi; his wife Delores; his son-in-law John Moletsky; his siblings, Laura Lomma, Frank Fazzi and Joe Fazzi; and his grandson Geoffrey Galdieri.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly Moletsky, Vincent J. Fazzi (Doreen), Debra Holley (John Fedorchak) and Laura Galdieri (Rick); his grandchildren, Paul Moletsky (Bev), Brian Moletsky (Michele), Dupont, Michael Fazzi Sr. (Jessica), Kurt Fazzi (Liz), Randy Galdieri, Anthony Galdieri, Kayla Brayer (Johnny), Scott Twp and Nicole Holley; his great grandchildren, Landon, Lucas, Addison, Michael Vincent, Boden, Trace and Laila; and his sister Theresa Lingobardo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
