She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles R. Fisher and Mary F. Fisher (Beaver); her husband Chester G. Rowe; her son Chester "Chuck" G. Rowe, Jr. (Julie); her grandchildren, Emily and Daniel of Beverly, Massachusetts; her daughter Marylou (Bryan Fennelly) of Madison; and her sister Bernice M. Persing. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
