He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Church, Sr. and Shirley J. Church Mussachio (Shenk). He is survived by: his sisters, Trudy Sheetz of Quarryville, PA and Wendy Nichols (David) of Mill Creek, PA; his siblings' children, Fred (Shanna), Eric (Stephanie) and Sheri (Peter); and his great-nephews, Adam and Aaron. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Due to COVID-19 guidelines, a private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
