She is survived by : her children, Lisa Provost (Edward) of Glenside, PA, Christy Forst of Downingtown, PA, Sandy Griffin (James) of Sellersville, PA and Daniel Mullin (Demeri) of Perkasie, PA; her grandchildren, Carolynn, Drew, Abby, Bryan, Meghan, Callie, Adam, Shannon, Scott and Brenna; her great grandchildren, Lucas and Haidyn; and her brothers, Thomas Kostic (Florence) of Wyoming and David Kostic of Vineland, NJ..
