She was predeceased by: her husband Ned Latsha; and her parents, Robert W. Scott and Louise A. Scott (Wenzel). She is survived by: her siblings, Thomas W. Scott (Barbara) of Yorba Linda, CA and Catherine "Cathy" Meis (Robert) of Elkton, MD. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
