We bid farewell to Charles P. Cauvel of Seneca, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 13, 2025 at the age of 101. Charles touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgia Cauvel, (Baker) and Peter "Bucky" E. Cauvel, Sr.; his sister Marilyn McClelland; his son-in-law Jubal Owens; and his brothers-in-law, Glenn McClelland and Stanley Montgomery.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Cauvel; his children, Melvin Cauvel (Roberta) of Stoneboro, Denzil Cauvel (Jackie) of Cochranton, Jim Cauvel (Kevin) of Snow Camp, NC, Bob Cauvel (Robert Frieman) of Stockbridge, GA, Dick Cauvel (Robin) of Clayton, NC, Debra Proctor Owens of Clarion and Sherry Lee Proctor of Shippenville; his grandchildren, Amanda Cauvel of Stoneboro, Josh Cauvel of Allison Park, Sara Bennefield (Jason) of Sandy Lake, Bethany Mitchell (Ryan) of Gibsonia, Emily Bennefield (Jacob) of Stoneboro and Adam Cauvel of Clayton, NC; and his siblings, Peter E. Cauvel, Jr. (Patty) of Franklin and Maxine Montgomery of Franklin. He is also survived by his 9 great grandchildren; his one great great grandchild.
