He was predeceased by: his parent Sidney Burl; and his brother-in-law Alvin "Al" Remaley. He is survived by: his parent Hazel Audine Perry (Felmlee); his wife Shirley; his children, Thomas S. Perry (Tina) of Corsica, Kim E. Walz (Bern) of Franklin, Carl J. Perry (Marcie) of Oil City and Karen A. Tefft (Ray) of Gahanna, Ohio; his grandchildren, Shawn Harmon (Krystal), Ryan Harmon, Joe Roos, Rich Roos (Jamie), Jason Glenn (Misty), Heather Kratsas (Nick) and Lindsay Perry; his great grandchildren, Alyssa Harmon, Jenna Roos, Ainsley Glenn, Reagan Roos, Sophie Kratsas, Anyston Glenn and Stella Kratsas; his grandchildren, Chase Slater and Sara Allaman; his sister Grace E. Remaley of Tippery; his siblings-in-law, Joyce and Dave Hornberger of York; and his close friends, Gene and Amy Dykins.
