He is survived by: his sons, James Hughes (Shirley) of Hadley, Jeff Hughes of Transfer and Joel Hughes (Tina) of Hermitage; his grandchildren, James Hughes II (Michelle, Marci Waleff), Steve, Autumn Bees, CharAnn Lawrinson, Robin Hughes (Taylor, Joel Hughes II), Jen and Jessica Lewis (Matt); and his sister Betty Brooks of Franklin. He is also survived by his 9 great-grandchildren; his 2 great-great-grandchildren.
