She is survived by: her daughters, Ashley Pacheco (Duriel) of Moon Twp and Azari Ford (Jordan) of Phillipsburg, NJ; her grandchildren, Avery, Aubrey, Aurey and Dax; her siblings, Crystal Maynard-Smith (Michael) of Coraopolis and James Frye Jr. of Coraopolis; her aunt Loving Annie; her great-nephew Kai; her aunts and uncles, Jacqueline Maynard-Campbell, Darlene Frye McKinney, Deborah Smith, James Maynard (Alyce) and Duayne Maynard; and her cousins, Lisa, Chandra, Benji, Frankie, Ben, Brandon and Brett.
