She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Worhacz and Betty I. Worhacz (Greager). She is survived by: her brother Dr. Walter B.; her sister-in-law Katie Worhacz of Jupiter, FL; her sister Michelle P.; and her brother-in-law Terry Faust of Catawissa.
