We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2023, at the age of 78, Deacon James Brown Jr. in Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ollie Mae Jones and James Brown Sr.; his grandmother Gracie Stills; his sister Ruth Perkins; his grandson Wesley Jamal Jenkins; his great-grandparent Theresa Brown Kirkland; his wife Willie Ruth Brown; his children, Theresa Brown Kirkland (Douglas) of Rincon, GA, Jacqueline Brown-Pinkney (Thomas) of Savannah, GA and James Brown III (Josie) of Alpharetta, GA; his grandchildren, James Tacari Brown and Jordan Jamal Brown; and his sister Gracie Hall of Tampa, FLA. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
