She was predeceased by: her brother Timothy Haines. She is survived by: her parent Robert Haines; her husband John D'Urso; her children, Natalina Rose D'Urso and Jason Allen D'Urso; her mother Rose Marie Haines of Sharon; and her siblings, Gertrude Megyes of Castleton, NY, Regina Matzel (Jack) of Howard, OH, Robert Haines (Barbara) of Arizona, Walter Haines (Loretta) of Sharpsville and David Haines (Kate).
