He was predeceased by: his father William C. Paulsen. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy J. Paulsen (Balko); his sisters, Kelly Paulsen (Sharon) and Donna Paulsen; his daughter Michelle Paulsen (John); his grandchildren, Anneliese of Sharon, Bexley of Sharon and Britton of Sharon; and his friend Mike Smith.
He was very grateful for his family and close friends who remained by his side after being diagnosed with Leukemia and Parkinson's Disease.
