He was predeceased by: his parents, John Voytik and Susan Voytik (Klobusnik); his brother John Voytik; and his sisters-in-law, Norma Ferringer (Howard) and Ruth Gartner.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Hoyney; his children, Mark J. Voytik (Lori), Brian J. Voytik (Stephanie), Dr. Gary J. Voytik (Brenda) and Jennifer S. Voytik; his grandchildren, Malia, Matthew, Ashton, Brock, Lane, Cole, Marissa Cruz (Raul), Chad and Mariah; his siblings, Shirley Cerbus of Sharon and Joseph Voytik (Eleanor) of Fishers, Indiana; his sisters-in-law, Pat Voytik of Bogart and Susan Bostocky (Jerry) of Canfield, Ohio; and his daughter-in-law Hallie Voytik.
