She was predeceased by: her parent Wallace Horne; and her siblings, Robert Horne, Steven Horne and Virginia Mosley. She is survived by: her parent Grace Maddocks Horne; her spouse Stephen L. Sternthal; and her children, Kim Sternthal of Polk and Stephen W. Sternthal of Hermitage, PA. She is also survived by three grandchildren and two great grand-children.
