She is survived by: her parent Mary Perrine (Adams); her children, Julie Bruetsch (John) of Summerdale, PA and Edmund Korab of Greenville, PA; her stepson Dan Mullins; her wife Alison McCarthy of West Homestead; her siblings, Marylou Chaya of Clarion, PA and Ronald Perrine (Mary) of Hermitage, PA.; her significant other Johnny Ray Mullins Sr; and also, Mark Mullins (Christine) of New Castle, PA and Tony Mullins (Rachel) of Land.
