It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Wolfe (Sharon, Pennsylvania), born in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 2, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughters, Natalie and Barbara Alice Wolfe of Sharon, PA; her sisters, Eleanor M. Merk, Doris M. Milheim and Katherine Ruth Campbell Gimmel of Silver Spring, Maryland; and her former husband George William Wolfe of Rogers.
She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Ann Wolfe Black (Darl C. Black, Jr.) of Cochranton, PA and David Andrew Wolfe (Janet Kister) of St. Louis, Missouri; her sister Mary Lou Brenneman of Manhattan Beach, California; her wife Cecilia; and also, Rosalee Elizabeth Guthrie and Joanne. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
Memorial contributions in Joanne's honor may be provided to the Sts. Peter and Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church or the Wesbury Foundation Benevolent Care Fund.
