He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Sr. and Hortense Austin Woods Sr.; and his siblings, Andrew Woods Jr. and Diane Ashley (Eugene). He is survived by: his friend Marvelous Marv; his children, Pamela (Tyrone), Lampkins, Dion Eliam Sr., Shanta, Thomas, Demond Bell (April), Jalissa Woods and Jamaar Rice-Woods; his stepdaughter Madeshia Watkins; his significant other Tracy Root; and his daughter Antoinette Austin. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and dear friends.
