He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Anna Kuzel, Sr. (Mankas). He is survived by: his wife Josephine M. Mitrovich; his sons, Michael J. Kuzel (Margaret) and Dr. Robert M. Kuzel; his brother Frank Kuzel (Paula) of Canfield, OH; and his grandchildren, Maeve, Madan and Emily Grace Kuzel.
