He was predeceased by: his parents, John Levitsky and Anastasia Levitsky (March); and his siblings, Anna Cross, Mary Levitsky, Andrew, John and Michael Levitsky.

He is survived by: his sibling's children, Veronica Lumpp and Michael Levitsky of Masury; his great-nephew Daniel Lumpp (Carly); his great-niece Jessica Stine (Justin); and also, Ethan and Eliza.
