He was predeceased by: his parent Robert W. Sr.; and his daughter Darlene Shafer. He is survived by: his parent Edna Mae Orr Fike; his spouse Dorthy M. Hetson; his son Dennis R. Fike (Vicki) of Hermitage; his grandchildren, Jennifer Prezgay, Justin Fike, Scott Shafer, Brittany Kohl and Taylor O'Brien; and his great grandchildren, Isaiah Prezgay and Emery Prezgay.
