She is survived by: her children, John Smith Ruiz of Masury, OH, Glenn Smith (Cindy) of Brookfield, OH, Chris Smith of Sharon, PA and Brian Smith (Erica) of Westmoreland, KS; her grandchildren, Shane Smith (Sabrina), Brittany Smith, Dakota Smith, Thomas Neer (Brianna), Alyssa Neer, Nathan Neer, Tyler Hillar, Samantha Smith, Christopher Smith, Drew Smith and Autum Smith; and her sisters, Glenda Warrender of Candler, NC and Patty Stull of Clyde, NC. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
